KIMONO JUMPSUIT
FLORENCE MERLIN
The kimono jumpsuit with V-neck and long sleeves is knitted from the bottom up. The front wrap fastening with Icord detail on the side. The jumpsuit pieces are knitted separately, then seamed together. The edges and Icord ties are made at the end.

Newborn / 3 months / 6 - 9 months / 12 - 18 months
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
Chest: 22 / 23 / 25 / 28 cm.
Leg height from crotch: 15 / 18 / 21 / 25 cm.
Height from neckline to crotch: 34 / 37 / 40 / 43 cm.
Total height: 43 / 49 / 55 / 61 cm.
Shown in size Newborn.
YARN
Fonty BB Mérinos (100% Wool - Merino, 200 m per 50 g ball)
3 / 3 / 4 / 4 Balls in Color no. 0866
NEEDLES AND NOTIONS
2,5 mm needles
3 mm needles and set of double pointed needles
GAUGE
30 sts and 40 rows to obtain 10 cm in St st on 3 mm needles.

The pattern itself is adorable but the instructions are inconsistent and not accurate, at least for the newborn size. For example on the back leg it says to knit 15cm for the leg, then the body length before the armpits is 31.5 cm, then it says to do the armpits bringing it to 42 cm but the finished height for newborn size says total height of 43 cm. (42+15) is way bigger than the stated size. This pattern was absolutely not worth $10.00. I am basically having to write over the pattern to make it usable.

This is a beautiful garment, however as a very experienced knitter I found the pattern very difficult to read. It is translated from French and some of the terms were not written as usually expected. I found myself knitting and unpicking trying to navigate the pattern. I have several Little French Knit patterns and have found the others absolutely fine to use. The lady I messaged for support was very helpful.
